Wilfa gewährt eine 5-jährige Garantie auf Produkte der Marke Wilfa ab dem Kaufdatum nach dem 01.09.2020. Die Garantie deckt Fabrikationsfehler oder Defekte ab, die während der Garantiezeit auftreten. Als Nachweis für die Garantie ist die Vorlage des Kaufbelegs erforderlich. Für Reklamationen wenden Sie sich bitte an das Geschäft, in dem der Artikel gekauft wurde.

Diese Garantie gilt nur für Produkte, die in privaten Haushalten gekauft und verwendet werden. Die Garantie ist nichtig, wenn das Produkt gewerblich genutzt wird. Die Garantie erlischt auch bei Missbrauch, Fahrlässigkeit, Nichtbeachtung der Anweisungen von Wilfa sowie bei Modifikation oder nicht autorisierter Reparatur des Produkts. Die Garantie erstreckt sich nicht auf normalen Verschleiß, unsachgemäßen Gebrauch, mangelnde Wartung, Verwendung falscher elektrischer Spannung oder auf Folgendes:

This intelligent engine actively manages water flow, temperature, and brew time throughout the entire cycle. Whether you're brewing a single mug or a full carafe, the system adjusts to ensure a balanced extraction. This smart management delivers a consistent taste profile, reducing the risk of sour, under-extracted notes or bitter, over-extracted flavours.

Brewing perfect coffee requires precise temperature control. Unlike most coffee makers, the Performance Evo’s single-button auto program maintains an optimal water temperature between 92°C and 96°C from the first drop to the last. This ensures you get the best possible flavour throughout the entire brewing process.

Create custom programs in the Wilfa App

For the coffee enthusiast, the app allows you to create custom recipes with up to 10 steps. Tailor temperature and settings to match your personal taste. Here's what you can adjust:

  • Volume: Choose between 250, 300, 500, or 1250 ml.
  • Temperature: Fine-tune the brewing temperature from 76°C to 98°C.
  • Time: Set the specific extraction time for each step.
  • Keep Warm: Select Off, 10, 20, 30, or 40 minutes.

Smart scheduling and care

The Wilfa App enhances your coffee experience with convenient features, including:

  • Brew Scheduling: Set your coffee maker to start brewing at your preferred time, so your coffee is ready when you wake up.
  • Brew Notifications: Receive alerts when your coffee is finished brewing.

Fresh water with the BrewFresh™ system

Fresh water is key to a great cup of coffee. That's why the Performance EVO features the BrewFresh™ system. This unique pump technology completely empties the brewer of water after every cycle, ensuring your next cup is made with fresh water.

Traditional coffee makers can leave up to 150 ml of old water behind, which negatively affects the taste of your coffee. The Performance EVO removes all residual water, so you can enjoy your coffee just the way it was meant to be, free from any stale flavors.

Detachable water tank

We believe preparing coffee should be as simple as drinking it. The water tank lifts out easily for a smooth, spill-free experience, allowing you to fill it directly from the tap.
It features a convenient measurement scale showing the amount of water in deciliters and the corresponding recommended amount of coffee. This makes it easy to achieve the perfect brewing ratio every time while keeping the tank clean.

Precision extraction with flow control

The filter holder features an adjustable flow control to manage the water speed through your coffee grounds. This ensures a rich body and deep flavor, whether you are brewing a single cup or a full 1.25-liter carafe.

For the best results, extraction should take between 4 to 6 minutes. Our flow control makes this possible for any volume. Combined with a unique showerhead that mimics the precision of hand-brewing by distributing water evenly, you are guaranteed a perfectly balanced cup every time.

One-Button simplicity

Despite its advanced internal technology, using the Performance EVO is incredibly simple. A single button with clear colour-coded LED feedback gives you instant access to three main modes:

  • Standard (White LED): For a classic, ECBC-approved full carafe.
  • One Cup (Yellow LED): Optimized settings for a single serving.
  • Blooming (Green LED): Pre-wets the grounds to release carbon dioxide, enhancing aroma and flavour.
