BUILT-IN SAFETY LOCK
This function ensures that user can only switch the appliance on when the accessories have been placed on the unit in correct position. When the accessories
have been fixed properly, the unit can only be switched on. (i.e. Built-in safety
lock function is disabled at this moment)
