PO2B-E2200 Cleaning and maintenance

• The appliance should be cleaned after every use.
• Do not clean the main unit or accessories in the dishwasher.
• All cleaning and maintenance should only be carried out when the appliance
is cool and unplugged from the power outlet.

CLEANING
1. Remove all accessories from the appliance.
2. Clean the main unit and the control panel with a slightly damp cloth. Avoid
excessive moisture.
3. Rinse the pizza peel and the oven door with water and dry before storing.

PIZZA STONE CLEANING
It is completely normal that the pizza stone will darken, and staining will occur
with use.
1. Scrape off burnt bits using a plastic or metal scraper. A stiff brush may help
with stains.
2. Use a slightly damp cloth to gently wipe the stone.
3. For stubborn stains, mix equal parts baking soda and water into a paste.
Apply it to the stain, let sit and rinse with water.
4. Store the pizza stone in a dry or warm place to avoid moisture damage.

PIZZA STONE CARE
• Avoid extreme temperature changes to the stone. This can cause the stone to
crack.
- Do not put frozen foods on the pizza stone.
- Do not put a cold pizza stone into a hot oven.
- Do not cool the stone with water while it is still hot.
• Do not use the pizza stone over open flame.
• Handle the pizza stone carefully. It is fragile and can break if bumped or
dropped.
• If you clean the stone with water, ensure it is completely dry before the next
use. The moisture can cause cracking.
