PO2B-E2200 Troubleshooting

Problem Possible cause and solution
The pizza is
undercooked or
not evenly cooked.
• Cooking time or temperature may not be sufficient.
• Too many ingredients on the pizza.
• Preheating time may not have been long enough.
• Pizza may not be centred on the stone.
• Stone may not be rotating properly during cooking.
• Adjust the time and temperature if needed. Place the
pizza back in the appliance for a few more seconds if
needed.
• Monitor the cooking process closely to prevent
overcooking.
Should I add the
pizza before or
after preheating?
• If the Temp. Ready icon is displayed (but not the
preheat icon), you can place the pizza in the oven.
• Do not place the pizza in the oven before the
preheating is finished.
The appliance is
not working or
does not heat up.
The power cord may not be plugged in correctly, or the
outlet may be faulty.
• Ensure the power cord is securely plugged in and try a
different outlet.
• Press the Power Button to check if it lights up.
The appliance may have overheated after extended use.
• If it overheats, the appliance will automatically shut off
for safety.
The appliance
produces smoke
when it is on.
Food may be touching the heating element.
• Switch off the appliance and reposition the food so
it is not in contact with the heating element. If smoke
continues, stop the process immediately and allow the
appliance to cool before reheating.
