Unplug the kettle. Do not immerse the base and kettle in water or any other liquids. If the pot is dirty, use a mild cleaning agent. Do not use any sharp objects.
Before cleaning, remove the power plug and allow the kettle cool. Wipe the kettle outside and bottom cover with a damp cloth and then dry it with dry cloth. Do not use rough cleaning materials, otherwise it will scratch the kettle body.
Descaling
Descale the kettle regularly to ensure a longer product life.
• At least descale twice each year in normal use.
• Add the vinegar to the MAX level shown in water gauge and boil.
• Cut off the power (remove the power plug).
• Add the cooked vinegar into the kettle for one night and then drain.
• Add the water to the MAX level shown in water gauge to boil and then drain; after that, rinse the remaining dirt and vinegar off.
• Wash the kettle with cleaning water for descaling
