Solutions

The unit does not start

1. The power cord is not plugged in
2. Power switch is  not "on"
3. No water in the water tank
4. Pump is dry

1. Plug it into the power socket
2. Turn on the power switch 
3. Fill the water tank
4. Run the unit with its water tank filled to maximum capacity (1.25l)

The unit stops

Limescale in the unit

Descale the coffe maker

The coffee is not hot enough

The glass jug is very cold

Preheat the jug with hot water

Filter holder is overflowing

1. Drip stop is locked
2. Coffee ground clogging the flow-control valve at the bottom of the filter holder.
3. Coffee too finely ground.

1. Open the drip stop
2. Set the flow control to 1.25 and rinse the filter holder by running water through it.
3. Use filter coffee.
