Clean the casing and the interior of the oven with a damp cloth and a mild detergent, afterwards drying up the oven interior. The enamel (CleanEmail) can especially simply be cleaned. Do not use any abrasive or aggressive detergents or agents. Do not immerse the appliance in water and make sure that no steam or water enters it. It must not be cleaned with a steam jet appliance.
