- Remove all packaging.
- Place the machine on a level surface, ensuring at least 15 cm clearance between the sides of the machine and any wall. Do not place it near a heat source or in direct sunlight.
- Allow the appliance to rest on a flat, solid surface with the lid open for 2 hours before use. This allows the refrigerant to stabilise before use. You can risk damage to the compressor and affect the performance of the ice maker if this is skipped.
- Open the lid, remove the scoop and tray, and wipe the internal area with a damp soft cloth. Wash the scoop and tray in warm, soapy water.
