Store the pizza oven out of direct sunlight. Store it indoors where it’s possible to store for longer periods of time. The pizza oven should not be exposed to harsh weather conditions such as snow, heavy rain and strong wind.
Wait for the pizza oven to cool completely before moving it.
The outer shell may fade over time, this will not affect the performance.
• Do not use the pizza stone over open flame.
• Avoid extreme temperature changes to the stone. This can cause your pizza stone to crack.
– Do not put frozen foods on the pizza stone.
– Do not put a cold pizza stone into a hot oven.
– Do not cool the pizza stone with cold water when the stone is hot.
• Handle the pizza stone carefully. It is fragile and can break if bumped or dropped.
• Do not use the pizza stone while it is wet. The moisture could cause cracking.
Make sure the pizza stone is completely dry before use. You could dry it in an oven at 60°C for 2 hours.
