LEAK TESTING
NB! Never check for leaks with an open flame. Do not smoke while leak testing.
Before testing, make sure that all packing materials are removed from the appliance. Make a solution with one part liquid detergent and one part water. Use a spray bottle, a brush or a rag to apply the solution to the fittings.
1. Ensure the control valve is OFF
2. Make sure the gas hose is connected to the pizza oven, and turn the gas on.
3. Apply the solution to all the gas fittings. If bubbles appear, you have a leak.
4. If there is a leak, immediately turn the gas off. Tighten the fittings where the leak appeared.
5. Turn the gas back on and re-check.
6. Should the leak continue, turn the gas off and contact customer service.
