With small bottles, it is possible to satisfy the whole family and you can take the bottle with you when you are on your way out the door.

Recipe for 3 smoothies

Raspberry Smoothie:

  • 1 large or 2 small frozen sliced ​​bananas
  • 3 dl frozen raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon oatmeal
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter (can be omitted)
  • 2-2.5 dl almond milk or milk

Acai Smoothie:

  • 1 packet of acai smoothie puree (can be replaced with blueberries)
  • 2 dl frozen wild berries
  • 1 large or 2 small frozen sliced ​​bananas
  • 2-2.5 dl almond milk or milk

Chocolate Smoothie:

  • 2 dl frozen diced avocado
  • 4 pitted dates
  • 2 large tablespoons of peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract or 1 tbsp protein powder vanilla/chocolate
  • 2-2.5 dl oat milk or milk

How to do it:

  1. Put all the ingredients in separate bottles.
  2. Unscrew the base that has the blades, turn it upside down and put the blender on.
