This is what you need
- 2 small carrots
- 1 apple
- 200 g pineapple
- 2 pinches of fresh spinach
How to do it
- Cut the skin off the pineapple.
- Wash apple, spinach and carrots.
- Cut the apple and carrots into smaller pieces and place them right in the machine.
- You can also put a little ginger in this juice.
