Here we have so much healthy stuff that it should help against most things!
It is claimed that wheatgrass will help the intestines and digestion. Blueberries are little antioxidant bombs. Ginger is supposed to help with everything from nausea to colds, and if you don't believe any of that, it is anyway so packed with vitamins and minerals that you can at least ditch the dietary supplement.
Recipe by Mai Eckhoff Morseth
You need
- 1 beet
- 50 g blueberries
- 1 apple
- 1 cm ginger
- Possibly some wheatgrass (can be dropped)
How to do it
- Wash the ingredients
- Cut them into suitably large pieces and put them in the juicer.
- Wilfa Juicemaster allows you to choose whether or not you want pulp in the juices. With pulp, you preserve more of the fibers from the ingredients. Also, many people think that most juices are better with a little thickness, but this is a matter of taste.
