Bright fresh and healthy juice. Perfect for warm days or as a winter boost.
Ingredients:
- 2 large cucumbers, preferably organic
- 3 limes
- 1 thumb-sized fresh ginger
- 10-15 fresh mint leaves
Optional: Sugar, agave syrup, maple syrup or liquid honey to sweeten
How to do it:
- Assemble the juicer. Cut the cucumbers into sticks, the lime into 2 and the ginger into coarse pieces. Juice all the ingredients in the juicer. Taste with syrup, honey or sugar if you want it a little sweet.
- Pour into a clean bottle or jug and refrigerate or serve immediately. Feel free to add ice cubes made from an ice cube machine.
