Green juice with ginger

Bright fresh and healthy juice. Perfect for warm days or as a winter boost.

Ingredients:

  • 2 large cucumbers, preferably organic
  • 3 limes
  • 1 thumb-sized fresh ginger
  • 10-15 fresh mint leaves

Optional: Sugar, agave syrup, maple syrup or liquid honey to sweeten

How to do it:

  1. Assemble the juicer. Cut the cucumbers into sticks, the lime into 2 and the ginger into coarse pieces. Juice all the ingredients in the juicer. Taste with syrup, honey or sugar if you want it a little sweet.
  2. Pour into a clean bottle or jug ​​and refrigerate or serve immediately. Feel free to add ice cubes made from an ice cube machine.
