Lovely crispy vegetables cooked in the air fryer.
You need
- Gardeners
- Beetroot (small) 4-5 cm in diameter
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Parsley
How to do it
- Fry the vegetables whole at 180°C for 25 minutes.
- Let rest for 10 minutes
- Then divide the vegetables into smaller pieces and toss them in salt, pepper, olive oil and chopped parsley.
