Wilfa yder 5 års garanti på Wilfa-mærkede produkter fra købsdatoen efter 01.09.2020. Garantien dækker fabrikationsfejl eller fejl, der opstår i løbet af garantiperioden. Fremvisning af købsbevis er påkrævet som dokumentation for garantien. Ved reklamationer bedes du kontakte den butik, hvor varen er købt.
Denne garanti gælder kun for produkter, der er købt og brugt i private husholdninger. Garantien bortfalder, hvis produktet anvendes kommercielt. Garantien bortfalder også i tilfælde af misbrug, uagtsomhed, manglende overholdelse af Wilfas instruktioner og ændring eller uautoriseret reparation af produktet. Garantien dækker ikke normal slitage, forkert brug, manglende vedligeholdelse, brug af forkert elektrisk spænding eller følgende:
- Deskalering skal udføres i henhold til brugervejledningen
- Overbelastning af produktet
- Glasskade
- Non-stick coating
- Slitagedele
- Filtre, batterier, dæk og andre dele, der forventes at blive udskiftet regelmæssigt
