A refreshing and fruity slush made with raspberries and watermelon – no ice cubes needed, and just the right amount of sugar for that perfect slushy consistency in the machine.
Ingredients | 500 ml | 1000 ml | 1500 ml |
---|---|---|---|
Water | 330 ml | 660 ml | 990 ml |
Raspberry purée | 75 ml | 150 ml | 225 ml |
Watermelon (purée) | 50 ml | 100 ml | 150 ml |
Sugar | 30 g | 60 g | 90 g |
Lemon juice (optional) | 0.5 ss | 1 ss | 1.5 ss |
How to
- Make the fruit purée: Blend raspberries and watermelon until smooth. – Use a high-powered blender that can break down seeds, like the Powerfuel XL. If your blender isn’t that strong, strain the mixture first – seeds can clog the slush machine.
- Mix sugar and water: Stir the sugar into the water until fully dissolved.
- Combine everything: Mix the fruit purée, sugar water, and a splash of lemon juice if desired.
- Pour into the slush machine: Make sure the mixture is cold before pouring it in. The machine will take care of the rest!
