Raspberry and Melon Slush – Perfect for Hot Days

A refreshing and fruity slush made with raspberries and watermelon – no ice cubes needed, and just the right amount of sugar for that perfect slushy consistency in the machine.

Ingredients 500 ml 1000 ml 1500 ml
Water 330 ml 660 ml 990 ml
Raspberry purée 75 ml 150 ml 225 ml
Watermelon (purée) 50 ml 100 ml 150 ml
Sugar 30 g 60 g 90 g
Lemon juice (optional) 0.5 ss 1 ss 1.5 ss

How to

  1. Make the fruit purée: Blend raspberries and watermelon until smooth. – Use a high-powered blender that can break down seeds, like the Powerfuel XL. If your blender isn’t that strong, strain the mixture first – seeds can clog the slush machine.
  2. Mix sugar and water: Stir the sugar into the water until fully dissolved.
  3. Combine everything: Mix the fruit purée, sugar water, and a splash of lemon juice if desired.
  4. Pour into the slush machine: Make sure the mixture is cold before pouring it in. The machine will take care of the rest!
