Buttercream, cake mixes, jams and mashed potatoes

WARNING

Always ensure that the butter is at room temperature and that the potatoes are properly cooked when using the flexi beater. Do not use the flexi beater for dough or shortcrust pastry. The spiral hook is the recommended tool for this type of dough.

Cleaning

The Flexi beater must always be disassembled before cleaning.

Dismantling: Remove the silicone scraper by loosening the flaps on the scraper. Both the flexi whisk itself and the silicone scraper can be washed in the dishwasher.
