Make the muffin batter right in the blender, easy, slightly healthier and very good.
This is what you need:
About 10 pieces
- 4.5 dl lightly cooked oatmeal (for gluten-free muffins you can use gluten-free oatmeal)
 - 1 ½ tsp baking powder
 - 1 pinch of salt
 - ½ tsp cinnamon
 - 2 large eggs
 - 2 large ripe bananas
 - 1 apple
 - 4 tablespoons of maple syrup
 - ½ tsp vanilla powder or extract
 - 50 g coarsely chopped dark chocolate

How to do it:
- Preheat the oven to 175 degrees
 - Put all the ingredients except chocolate in the blender.
 - Blend together with the smoothie program to a smooth batter.
 - Do not blend for too long, because then the muffins can become chewy. Just long enough until the batter is even and smooth.
 - Have paper muffin tins in a metal tin. Divide the batter into the molds ¾ full.
 - Top them with chocolate and push the chocolate a little into the muffins.
 - Bake in the middle of the oven for approx. 15-20 min.
 - Check with a grill stick or toothpick and stick it in the middle of a muffin. If it comes out dry or with slightly moist crumbs on it, they are ready.
 - Cool on a wire rack.
