Recipe for chocolate chip cookies - a favorite!
Approx. 30 cookies.

Chocolate chip cookies:
- 200 g wheat flour (3.3 dl)
 - 1 tsp baking soda
 - 0.5 tsp salt
 - 115 g butter at room temperature
 - 90 g caster sugar (1 dl)
 - 100 g brown sugar (1.25 dl)
 - 1 egg
 - 1 tsp vanilla sugar
 - 200 g chocolate buttons
 
How to do it:
- Preheat the oven to 160 degrees hot air (175 degrees upper and lower heating).
 - Mix together the flour, bicarbonate and salt in a bowl and set aside.
 - Stir together the butter, icing sugar, brown sugar and vanilla powder to a creamy mass.
 - Stir in the egg and finally the flour.
 - Mix in the chocolate buttons, save a little to press down on the biscuits.
 - Press the dough onto baking paper on a baking tray. It should be approx. 15 cakes.
 - Bake for 10-12 minutes until they have a nice color but are still soft. Take them out.
 - Sprink some flaked salt and let them cool on the tray.
