Warranty

7-Year Warranty on Wilfa Heat Pumps

Wilfa provides a 7-year warranty on heat pumps from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects or faults that occur within the warranty period. The purchase receipt serves as proof for the retailer in case of any warranty claims.

The warranty is only valid for products purchased and used in private households. It does not apply if the product is used commercially. The warranty is void if the product is misused, handled negligently, if Wilfa's instructions are not followed, or if unauthorized modifications or repairs are performed.

Additionally, the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, lack of maintenance, use of incorrect electrical voltage, or:

  • Overloading of the product
  • Regularly worn parts
  • Components that require periodic replacement (e.g., filters, batteries, etc.)

    The heat pump Narvik 25 V2 is a pump with very good capabilities to deliver the heat when needed. This upgraded model has a higher SCOP value, better power and larger air volume.

    The high price of electricity, especially in southern Norway, means that you can now make money from a heat pump in less than a year, where we previously calculated seven. In addition, you get benefits both for the environment and indoor climate with the purchase.

    Perfect for Norwegian conditions

    With heating cables in the bottom pan and automatic defrosting, you avoid the heat pump freezing in demanding Norwegian conditions.

    With the I Feel function, the remote control will measure the temperature where the remote control is, and not the temperature directly at the heat pump. The remote control sends signals to the pump based on the temperature around the remote control.
