Tiramisu Overnight Oats

Tiramisu Overnight Oats

A simple and delicious twist on overnight oats with a touch of tiramisu. This recipe is a cross between porridge and chia pudding, where coffee, vanilla yoghurt and cocoa give the oats a luxurious flavour, ready to be enjoyed for breakfast or lunch.

Ingredients

  • 160 g jumbo oats
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 pinch flaky sea salt
  • 200 ml strong filter coffee
  • 300 ml milk
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 500 g vanilla yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder

To serve

  • Vanilla yoghurt
  • Cocoa powder, for dusting

How to make tiramisu overnight oats

  1. Combine the base
Place the oats, chia seeds, salt, coffee, milk, maple syrup and vanilla extract in a bowl and stir to combine.
  2. Chill
Cover with cling film or a plate and leave in the fridge overnight, or for at least 4 hours.
  3. Serve
Spoon the chilled oats into serving glasses and top with vanilla yoghurt, then finish with a dusting of cocoa.
