Wilfa provides a 5-year warranty on Wilfa-branded products from the date of purchase after 01.09.2020. The warranty covers manufacturing defects or faults that arise during the warranty period. Presentation of proof of purchase is required as evidence of the warranty. For claims, please contact the store where the item was purchased.

This warranty applies only to products purchased and used in private households. The warranty is void if the product is used commercially. The warranty is also void in cases of misuse, negligence, failure to follow Wilfa’s instructions, and modification or unauthorized repair of the product. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, incorrect use, lack of maintenance, use of incorrect electrical voltage, or the following:

  • Descaling must be performed according to the user manual
  • Overloading the product
  • Glass damage
  • Non-stick coating
  • Wear parts
  • Filters, batteries, tires, and other parts expected to be replaced regularly

This extended warranty applies only to Wilfa branded small electrical appliances.

    Chill 12 Connected is a user-friendly air conditioner that helps you maintain a comfortable temperature in your home, office or holiday home on hot days. The air conditioning system is ideal for rooms of up to 30 m² and features a large cooling capacity of 12.000 BTU*. You can easily set the desired temperature between 16-32 degrees and choose between three different fan speeds. The fan has a maximum capacity of 400 m³/h and an automatic swing function.

    Remote control included

    In addition to the WiLife smart app, you can control the Chill 12 Connected from the control panel on top of the AC or via the included remote control. Bluetooth together with 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi ensures a quick and easy connection.

    Easy to install

    Chill 12 Connected is easy to install with the included window kit. The window set can be adapted to the length of the window. The diameter of the hose in the window kit is 15 cm.

    Easy cleaning

    The filters can be easily removed for cleaning, and we recommend that you clean the filter every two weeks to ensure optimal operation. The filter is cleaned by first vacuuming and then rinsing it under running water. Then let it dry completely before putting it back in place.

    Drain hose included

    A drain hose is included to empty the Chill 12 Connected of water if needed.
