5 years warranty on all Wilfa products
Wilfa provides a 5-year warranty on Wilfa-branded products from the date of purchase after 01.09.2020. The warranty covers manufacturing defects or faults that arise during the warranty period. Presentation of proof of purchase is required as evidence of the warranty. For claims, please contact the store where the item was purchased.
This warranty applies only to products purchased and used in private households. The warranty is void if the product is used commercially. The warranty is also void in cases of misuse, negligence, failure to follow Wilfa’s instructions, and modification or unauthorized repair of the product. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, incorrect use, lack of maintenance, use of incorrect electrical voltage, or the following:
- Descaling must be performed according to the user manual
- Overloading the product
- Glass damage
- Non-stick coating
- Wear parts
- Filters, batteries, tires, and other parts expected to be replaced regularly
This extended warranty applies only to Wilfa branded small electrical appliances.
7-Year Warranty on Wilfa Heat Pumps
Wilfa provides a 7-year warranty on heat pumps from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects or faults that occur within the warranty period. The purchase receipt serves as proof for the retailer in case of any warranty claims.
The warranty is only valid for products purchased and used in private households. It does not apply if the product is used commercially. The warranty is void if the product is misused, handled negligently, if Wilfa's instructions are not followed, or if unauthorized modifications or repairs are performed.
Additionally, the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, lack of maintenance, use of incorrect electrical voltage, or:
- Overloading of the product
- Regularly worn parts
- Components that require periodic replacement (e.g., filters, batteries, etc.)
10-Year Motor Warranty on selected Wilfa products
Wilfa provides up to a 10-year warranty on the motor of selected products, starting from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects or faults that occur within the warranty period. This extended warranty applies exclusively to the motor and any faults related to it. The purchase receipt serves as proof for the retailer in case of any warranty claims.
The warranty is only valid for products purchased and used in private households. It does not apply if the product is used commercially. The warranty is void if the product is misused, handled negligently, if Wilfa's instructions are not followed, or if unauthorized modifications or repairs are performed.

Cool and warm mist
Choose between cool or warm mist to adjust the humidity to your needs. The warm mist quickly distributes moisture throughout the room. With a capacity of up to 450 ml per hour and automatic shut-off when the tank is empty, Dew TX450 is ideal for rooms up to 70 m².
Easy refilling
The large, detachable 4.3-liter water tank makes refilling easy. Simply bring the tank to the tap and fill it up without spills or hassle. A full tank lasts for a long time, reducing maintenance and simplifying your everyday life.
Automatic humidity control
Set your preferred humidity level and Dew TX450 automatically adjusts its output to maintain it. You can choose humidity levels between 35% and 75% in 5% increments. The built-in hygrometer ensures consistent and comfortable humidity. Generally, a relative humidity between 45% and 55% is recommended.
Adjustable mist output
If you prefer manual control, you can easily adjust the mist output to your needs. Fine-tune how much mist is released into the room for complete control over your indoor climate.
UV function and ceramic filter
The integrated UV light effectively eliminates bacteria in the water for cleaner, fresher air. The reusable ceramic filter softens and purifies the water, is easy to clean, and environmentally friendly. Replacement ceramic filters are available here (link).

Easy to clean
To keep Dew TX450 in optimal condition, clean it regularly as instructed and change the water at least every three days. This ensures clean mist and a long product lifespan.
