Warranty
5 years warranty on all Wilfa products
Wilfa provides a 5-year warranty on Wilfa-branded products from the date of purchase after 01.09.2020. The warranty covers manufacturing defects or faults that arise during the warranty period. Presentation of proof of purchase is required as evidence of the warranty. For claims, please contact the store where the item was purchased.
This warranty applies only to products purchased and used in private households. The warranty is void if the product is used commercially. The warranty is also void in cases of misuse, negligence, failure to follow Wilfa’s instructions, and modification or unauthorized repair of the product. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, incorrect use, lack of maintenance, use of incorrect electrical voltage, or the following:
- Descaling must be performed according to the user manual
- Overloading the product
- Glass damage
- Non-stick coating
- Wear parts
- Filters, batteries, tires, and other parts expected to be replaced regularly
This extended warranty applies only to Wilfa branded small electrical appliances.
7-Year Warranty on Wilfa Heat Pumps
Wilfa provides a 7-year warranty on heat pumps from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects or faults that occur within the warranty period. The purchase receipt serves as proof for the retailer in case of any warranty claims.
The warranty is only valid for products purchased and used in private households. It does not apply if the product is used commercially. The warranty is void if the product is misused, handled negligently, if Wilfa's instructions are not followed, or if unauthorized modifications or repairs are performed.
Additionally, the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, lack of maintenance, use of incorrect electrical voltage, or:
- Overloading of the product
- Regularly worn parts
- Components that require periodic replacement (e.g., filters, batteries, etc.)
10-Year Motor Warranty on selected Wilfa products
Wilfa provides up to a 10-year warranty on the motor of selected products, starting from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects or faults that occur within the warranty period. This extended warranty applies exclusively to the motor and any faults related to it. The purchase receipt serves as proof for the retailer in case of any warranty claims.
The warranty is only valid for products purchased and used in private households. It does not apply if the product is used commercially. The warranty is void if the product is misused, handled negligently, if Wilfa's instructions are not followed, or if unauthorized modifications or repairs are performed.

Innovac Modo Switch is a cordless 2-in-1 stick and handheld vacuum cleaner designed to make everyday cleaning simpler, faster, and more flexible. 1. Stick vacuum
Effortlessly tackle large floor areas and glide under furniture with ease. The flexible tube lets you clean comfortably under low sofas, beds and tables without bending. A built-in LED light on the nozzle highlights hidden dust in dark corners and tight spaces, while the all-round brush is ready to deliver great results on both hard floors and carpets.
2. Handheld vacuum
Weighing only 1.8 kg, the handheld unit is easy to carry and perfect to bring along if you need to clean the car, boat or other spaces outside the home. With its smart nozzles and compact size, it reaches effortlessly into corners, in between cushions and other hard-to-reach areas.
Smart cleaning with automatic adjustment
An optical dust sensor automatically adjusts the suction power depending on the amount of dirt, helping to save energy, reduce noise and extend battery life. You can also switch manually between Auto, Max and Low modes.
Strong suction with brushless motor
The 350 W brushless motor is efficient and long-lasting, giving you strong, consistent suction with less noise and wear. With 120 AirWatt suction power, it easily removes dust, crumbs and pet hair from both hard floors and carpets.
Long runtime and always ready
With up to 2 x 50 minutes of runtime per charge per battery, Innovac Modo Switch is built to handle both small and more demanding tasks. The vacuum cleaner is charged when attached to the wall mount, either fastened to a wall or as a separate charger located where you see fit. It is also possible to charge the extra battery in the wall mount while you use the vacuum cleaner. The accessories can be neatly stored in the wall mount as well, so you do not have loose parts laying around. A full charge takes just 3–5 hours per battery.
Lightweight and ergonomic design
Weighing just 2.75 kg with the floor brush and only 1.8 kg as a handheld, Innovac Modo Switch is designed for comfort and easy handling. The ergonomic design makes it effortless to carry from room to room and simple to manoeuvre around furniture.
Visibility and control
A bright LED light on the floor nozzle reveals dust and crumbs in dark corners, while the LCD display shows battery status, charging level and suction mode so you’re always in control of your cleaning. In addition, the display shows a notification if the tube is blocked, providing extra safety and ease of use.
Easy to clean and maintain
Innovac Modo Switch comes with a 0.5 L dustbin that’s simple to detach, empty and clean. It has a washable multi-filter system that includes steel mesh, multi-cyclones, sponge and HEPA filter. This ensures clean exhaust air and easy maintenance. The filter and dustbin can be rinsed with water. Always ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling.
Tip: Clean the brushes, filters, and dustbin regularly for the best suction performance.
