A simple, tasty tomato soup that is made ready warm in the blender.
This is what you need
- 1 tin canned tomatoes
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- 1 medium hot red chili (taste beforehand how hot it is)
- 1 can of coconut milk
- 700 g carrots
- Neutral oil
- 5 - 6 tsp red curry paste
- 5 dl stock, broth or vegetable stock or stock
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/2 lime
Taste with
- salt
- pepper
- basil
How to do it
- Peel the carrots, garlic and lime. Remove the seeds from the chilli, if you want extra strong flavour, you can take them with you.
- Pour the ingredients into the blender.
- Set on soup program.
- Use the tamper to help push down large chunks at the very beginning of the dazzle.
- Let blender run until the program stops.
- Season with salt and pepper and serve warm soup straight from the container.
- Serve with fresh basil and preferably with fresh mozzarella cheese.
