If you are in the middle of baking and run out of icing sugar, make your own easily in the blender.
This is what you need
Sugar, use desired amount.
How to do it
- Put the sugar in the jar and fasten the lid.
- Set to low speed to begin with, level 1.
- Increase to max speed.
- Blend until you see it has turned into powdered sugar.
If there is icing sugar left over, store it in an airtight container.
