A delightful blend of mild, creamy richness with notes of coconut, zesty citrus, and smooth avocado.

This is what you need

  • 1.5 large avocados (2 medium)
  • 2 dl coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp agave syrup or acacia honey
  • ½ lime
  • 1.5 dl heavy cream

How to do it

  1. Peel the avocado and put it in a blender with the coconut milk, agave syrup, and the juice of ½ lime. Blend until smooth.

  2. Pour the mixture into a bowl and set aside.

  3. Whip the heavy cream until fluffy, and gently fold it into the avocado mixture.

  4. For an even better result, use the Wilfa Vanilla ice cream maker to achieve the perfect consistency. Pour the mixture into the machine and let it run until the ice cream is ready.

  5. Once the ice cream is finished in the machine, place it in the freezer to set before serving.
