A lovely round, mild and rich flavor combination of coconut, citrus and avocado.
This is what you need
- 1.5 large avocados (2 medium)
- 2 dl coconut milk
- 2 tbsp agave syrup or acacia honey
- ½ lime
- 1.5 dl heavy cream
How to do it
- Peel the avocado and put it in the blender with the coconut milk, the agave syrup and the juice of ½ a lime.
- Make everything into a nice mass, and put it in a small baking bowl.
- Whisk the whipped cream until creamy, and fold it into the avocado mixture.
- Pour the mixture into the ice cream maker.
- Put the ice cream in the freezer when it's done.
