Delicious, filling and quick smoothie bowl with banana and peanuts.
This smoothie bowl is perfect as a snack after a long day at work or school, or before training.
This is what you need
- 2 frozen bananas in printer
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 tbsp protein powder, vanilla (can be omitted)
- 1 dl lightly boiled oatmeal
- 2 dl milk (use 1 dl if you want a thicker smoothie)
How to do it
- Put all the ingredients in the blender and run on the smoothie program for a smooth smoothie.
- Pour into two bowls and top with, for example, granola, peanut butter and banana slices.
