Sweet, strong and fresh smoothie that gives your immune system a little kick. Perfect for both cold winter days or on days when you feel a little tired.
This is what you need
- 3-4 oranges
- 2 carrots
- 2-3 cm ginger
- 1 teaspoon turmeric (optional)
This is how you do it
Peel oranges, carrots and ginger. Put in the blender and run together on the smoothie program until you have a smooth and thick smoothie. Serve with some ice cubes and an orange slice.
