Mango and pineapple smoothie
A smoothie classic with pineapple, mango and banana. Yoghurt and applesauce make it complete.
Ingredients:
- 150 g mango cubes, frozen
- 150 g pineapple cubes, frozen
- 1 piece of banana
- 150 g natural yoghurt
- 150 g applesauce
Forest berry smoothie
A smoothie can be a healthy snack or a fresh start to the day. The vast majority like a forest berry smoothie.
Ingredients:
- 150 g frozen raspberries
- 150 g frozen wild berries
- 1 pcs the lanes
- 150 g natural yoghurt
- 150 g applesauce
Put all the ingredients in the blender and mix together.
