Blueberry smoothie

Start the day with a nutritious and tasty blueberry smoothie with eggs and avocado.

This is what you need

  • 2 dl apple juice
  • 2 dl blueberries
  • 1 egg
  • 1 avocado

If you use fresh blueberries, add ice cubes at the very end.

How to do it

  1. Put the ingredients in the jug.
  2. If you use fresh blueberries, pour in a few ice cubes at the very end.
  3. Put on the smoothie program.

If you use American blueberries, the color of the smoothie will be lighter, while Norwegian forest blueberries give the smoothie a darker blue color. In this recipe we have used American blueberries.
