Start the day with a nutritious and tasty blueberry smoothie with eggs and avocado.
This is what you need
- 2 dl apple juice
- 2 dl blueberries
- 1 egg
- 1 avocado
If you use fresh blueberries, add ice cubes at the very end.
How to do it
- Put the ingredients in the jug.
- If you use fresh blueberries, pour in a few ice cubes at the very end.
- Put on the smoothie program.
If you use American blueberries, the color of the smoothie will be lighter, while Norwegian forest blueberries give the smoothie a darker blue color. In this recipe we have used American blueberries.
