Recipe for chai-spiced hot chocolate made right in the blender.
Make a delicious, hot and slightly healthier cocoa with lots of spices. Put all the cold ingredients in the blender and blend together on the soup program. The fast rotations make your cocoa piping hot in a few minutes. Absolutely brilliant.
The ingredients:
- 5 dl milk or plant milk such as almond or oat milk
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp ground and dried ginger
- ¼ tsp ground cloves
- ¼ tsp ground cardamom
- 1 pinch of grated nutmeg
- 3 tbsp maple syrup or liquid honey
- 4 tbsp cocoa
How to do it:
- Put all the ingredients in a blender and turn on the soup program. Blend until the milk is piping hot.
- Please serve with some lightly whipped cream, sprinkle over a little cinnamon, finely chopped dark chocolate or garnish with a star anise.
