Crisy and good plant-based/vegan dish, without gluten and without cow's milk.
A healthier and good alternative to chicken wings. Airfyed oyster mushrooms become crispy and tasty. The Airfryer is an ingenious concept. It gives a crispy result with a moderate temperature and very little oil. Try it too!

How to
MARINADE
1. Stir together the marinade and fold in the mushrooms.
2. Let the mushrooms marinate while you prepare the flour mixture and make the Spicy sauce.
FLOUR MIXTURE
1. Mix the dry ingredients together and pour it onto a flat plate.
2. Dip the marinated mushroom in the flour mixture, so that it gets a thick layer around it on both sides, which should become crispy when fried.
3. Place the finished dipped mushrooms on a tray and prepare the entire portion before you start frying.
Preheat the Airfryer to 180gC (as for chicken wings) and grease the basket with a little cooking fat.
Then place the mushrooms in a single layer in the basket. Fry for 5 minutes on each side until golden, i.e. turn after half the cooking time. Repeat until all the mushrooms are cooked.
SPICY SAUCE
1. Mix the ingredients for the spicy sauce in a small saucepan and heat while stirring.
2. Spread the crispy fried mushrooms with Spicy sauce before serving.
3. Preferably served with coleslaw, a fresh green salad and potato wedges.
