Gluten-free, crispy and juicy waffles..
This is what you need
- 3 eggs
- 100 g of sugar
- 130 g butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 500 g Jytte flour
- 1 tbsp Fibrehusk
- 1 liter of milk
How to do it
- Whisk the eggs.
- Pour in other ingredients alternately and stir.
- Fry.
Hint!
Add less milk for a firmer batter.
