Gluten-free, crispy and juicy waffles..

This is what you need

  • 3 eggs
  • 100 g of sugar
  • 130 g butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 500 g Jytte flour
  • 1 tbsp Fibrehusk
  • 1 liter of milk

How to do it

  1. Whisk the eggs.
  2. Pour in other ingredients alternately and stir.
  3. Fry.

Hint!

Add less milk for a firmer batter.
