Grilled salmon

With an airfryer you can easily get perfect salmon - crispy and juicy.

Salmon:

  • Salmon fillets up to 4 pieces,
    150 g per piece, approx. 2.5x4 cm
  • Salt and pepper
  • Oil - optional

How to do it:

  1. Bake the salmon in the Air Fryer for approx. 6 minutes at 180 degrees.
  2. Remove the container and let it rest for 5 minutes.

Vegetables:

  • Turnip
  • Mini Carrot
  • Asparagus
  • Kale
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Slice the turnips.
  2. Season the turnips and mini carrots with a little salt and pepper.
  3. If necessary, add a little olive oil and fry the turnips and carrots in the air fryer at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
  4. Pour the vegetables onto a serving plate.
  5. Season the asparagus and kale with a little salt. Then grill them in the Crispier Airfryer at 160 degrees for about 4 minutes.

Topped with Flower Karse and Oxalis.

Sauce:

  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 tsp lemon curd
  • Grated zest from 1/2 lemon
  1. Mix everything well and put in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  2. Season with salt.
