A classic hummus recipe that tastes ultra creamy and delicate.
With chickpeas, lemon juice, tahini, garlic, coriander, paprika, salt and olive oil, this simple hummus recipe in the blender will quickly become your favorite snack when you want a healthy snack! h6>
This is what you need
- 400 g tinned chickpeas
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 1 handful of fresh coriander or parsley leaves
- The juice of 1 lemon
- Flaksalt
- 1 tsp paprika Olive oil
How to do it
- Pour the water off the chickpeas and rinse them.
- Have i blender along with garlic, tahini and juice of a lemon.
- Blend to a smooth batter, and add a little water if necessary.
- Season to taste with salt. Put in a bowl and drizzle over some good olive oil.
- Sprinkle over fresh parsley or coriander and serve with plenty of vegetables.
