Mojito Mocktail Slush – Refreshing Summer Drink

Experience the ultimate refreshment with Mojito Mocktail Slush – an ice-cold, alcohol-free twist on the classic mojito!

Created by former Norwegian Bartending Champion Malin Stavsøyen, this recipe combines fresh lime, cooling mint, and crushed ice into a slush that’s perfect for warm summer days. Whether you're hosting a summer party or just unwinding in the sun, this drink is a must-have in your glass!

Ingredients

  • 1 dl coconut blossom sugar
  • 1 dl water
  • 3 dl lime juice (juice from 6-7 limes)
  • 2 dl water
  • Fresh mint
  • Garnish: lime wedges, mint sprigs, and fresh berries

How to make it

  1. Stir together coconut blossom sugar and water to create a simple syrup (heat slightly if needed).
  2. Add lime juice, syrup, and a generous handful of mint leaves to the Wilfa ice cream maker.
  3. Churn for around 30 minutes until it reaches a slush consistency while allowing the flavors to blend.
  4. Divide the slush into three large glasses, top with kombucha, sparkling water, or beet and raspberry juice (Helios brand used), and add ice cubes if desired. Want an alcoholic version? Add 4 cl of rum for a boozy twist!
  5. Garnish with lime wedges and berries (fresh or frozen).
