Pizza dough for 3 pizzas. Alternatively, you can use ready-made pizza dough, preferably from sourdough.
This is what you need
Pizza dough
- 25 g yeast
- 1/2 tsp flake salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 1/2 dl water (lukewarm 37 degrees)
- 4 dl wheat flour
Pizza sauce (for 9 pizzas)
- 1 yellow onion about 100 g
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 500 g crushed tomato
- 1 tablespoon tomato puree
- 1 1/2 tbsp salt
Topping
- Mozzarella
- Prosciutto
- Ruccola
- Parmesan
- Basil
How to do it
Pizza dough
- Mix yeast, water and olive oil in a dough bowl.
- Stir in the flour and salt and knead together to form an elastic and firm dough.
- Let the dough rise for about 30 minutes and divide it into 3 equal-sized pieces.
Tomato sauce
- Divide the onion into 2 parts and cut into 1/2 cm thick slices.
- Cut the garlic cloves equally thick.
- Fry the onion and garlic in the olive oil over low heat until soft (do not burn).
- Add crushed tomatoes and tomato puree and cook for 10-15.
- Mix evenly with the stick mixerpossibly i the blender and refrigerate.
Pizza
- Roll out the pizza dough on a base from a springform pan of up to 18 cm.
- Spread on the tomato sauce and spread the mozzarella over it.
- Fry in Crisier Airfryer at 200 degrees for 6 minutes.
- Top with prosciutto, basil, arugula and a little grated parmesan.
- If necessary, drizzle over a little olive oil and serve with olives on the side.
