Make fresh and delicious raspberry sorbet

This is what you need

  • 250 g raspberry puree
  • 70 g of sugar
  • 15 g of glucose
  • 30 g water
  • 1-2 tbsp lemon juice

How to do it:

Thaw 300-350 g of raspberries, so you get 250 g of juice

Boil glucose, sugar, water and lemon juice.

Mix with the raspberry juice.

Chill and spin ice cream!
