Banana and pear ice cream

A healthy and good homemade ice cream that can be eaten every day all year round if desired!

This is what you need

  • 1 pear, well ripe, preferably organic
  • 1 organic banana sweet
  • 2 1/2dl vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup Eco coconut milk
  • 2 tsp Norwegian honey (check the sweetness of the pear and banana first)
  • Preferably blueberries & lingonberries, liquid
  • Chopped, dark chocolate for decoration


How to do it:

  • Mash with stick blender and pour into the ice cream machine.
  • Drive for about 45-50 minutes. The time depends on how hard you want the ice cream to be.
  • Garnish with chopped chocolate on top.
