Strawberry sorbet

A wonderful and fresh strawberry sorbet that can be enjoyed all year round!

Sorbet is both simple and one of the best things you can make. With our ice cream machine, the result is always good. Use fruit, berries or herbs, according to taste and preference. We have used delicious Norwegian strawberries.

For 4 people

This is what you need
100g sugar
0.5 dl water
½ lemon
1 tablespoon light syrup
500 g strawberries

How to do it:

  1. Heat water to 80 degrees in the pot.
  2. Add sugar and take the pan off the stove. Stir until the sugar has dissolved.
  3. Add lemon juice and syrup, stir.
  4. Pour the mixture into the blender and add strawberries. Run the mass in the blender until you get a nice consistency.
  5. Start up Vanilla ice cream maker and put in the mass. Run the ice cream machine until you have a nice sorbet consistency.
