Waffle bowl with ice cream

Make simple and delicious desserts with edible waffle bowls in the Topit iron, and fill them with ice cream, berries and chocolate.

You need

• Ice
• Berry
• Chocolate

Waffle batter:

• 2 eggs
• 1 dl sugar
• 3.5 dl milk
• 1 dl water
• 400 g wheat flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp vanilla sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon cardamom
• 125 g butter

How to do it

1. Whisk eggs and sugar together well.
2. Stir in milk and water gradually.
3. Mix all the dry ingredients together and beat until you get a lump-free batter.
4. Let the batter swell for 15 minutes.
5. Use a little butter in the waffle iron and fry the waffles until golden.
6. Top the waffle bowls with berries, chocolate and other goodies!

Tip!

If the batter is a little thin, you can use more flour.
