The coffee grinder's adjustment step grinds slowly and precisely for espresso, Aeropress, "pour over", filter coffee, press pot and other construction methods. It grinds slowly to prevent the coffee from overheating and losing its aroma and taste.

Black Uniform Coffee grinder is one of four coffee grinders in Europe that is approved by The European Coffee Brewing Center. It is an independent testing body that tests and approves coffee equipment for both the private and professional market. ECBC tests the coffee grinders for precision in the degree of grinding, that the grinder delivers consistently, temperature and how much coffee residue remains.

5 years warranty on all Wilfa products

Wilfa provides a 5-year warranty on Wilfa-branded products from the date of purchase after 01.09.2020. The warranty covers manufacturing defects or faults that arise during the warranty period. Presentation of proof of purchase is required as evidence of the warranty. For claims, please contact the store where the item was purchased.

This warranty applies only to products purchased and used in private households. The warranty is void if the product is used commercially. The warranty is also void in cases of misuse, negligence, failure to follow Wilfa’s instructions, and modification or unauthorized repair of the product. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, incorrect use, lack of maintenance, use of incorrect electrical voltage, or the following:

• Descaling must be performed according to the user manual
• Overloading the product
• Glass damage
• Non-stick coating
• Wear parts
• Filters, batteries, tires, and other parts expected to be replaced regularly

This extended warranty applies only to Wilfa branded small electrical appliances.

10-year warranty (upon registration) for Probaker NXT

Wilfa provides a 5-year warranty on this product from the date of purchase. You can extend the Wilfa 5-year warranty to 10 years for Probaker NXT by registering your product.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects or faults that arise during the warranty period. Your purchase receipt serves as proof of purchase for any warranty claim towards retailers.

The warranty applies only to products purchased and used in private households. It does not apply to commercial use.

The warranty does not apply if the product has been misused, handled negligently, used contrary to Wilfa’s instructions, modified or repaired by unauthorised persons. The warranty also does not cover normal wear and tear, lack of maintenance, use of incorrect electrical voltage or the following:

1. Damage to tools or the main unit caused by exceeding maximum capacities
2. Cosmetic wear marks on the main unit, stainless steel bowl or tools

This warranty applies only to Probaker NXT models KM4B-T70 and KM4GY-T70 and is provided in addition to your statutory rights, which remain unaffected.

7-Year Warranty on Wilfa Heat Pumps

Wilfa provides a 7-year warranty on heat pumps from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects or faults that occur within the warranty period. The purchase receipt serves as proof for the retailer in case of any warranty claims.

The warranty is only valid for products purchased and used in private households. It does not apply if the product is used commercially. The warranty is void if the product is misused, handled negligently, if Wilfa's instructions are not followed, or if unauthorized modifications or repairs are performed.

Additionally, the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, lack of maintenance, use of incorrect electrical voltage, or:

• Overloading of the product
• Regularly worn parts
• Components that require periodic replacement (e.g., filters, batteries, etc.)

10-Year Motor Warranty on selected Wilfa products

Wilfa provides up to a 10-year warranty on the motor of selected products, starting from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects or faults that occur within the warranty period. This extended warranty applies exclusively to the motor and any faults related to it. The purchase receipt serves as proof for the retailer in case of any warranty claims.

The warranty is only valid for products purchased and used in private households. It does not apply if the product is used commercially. The warranty is void if the product is misused, handled negligently, if Wilfa's instructions are not followed, or if unauthorized modifications or repairs are performed.
