1. Personal Data To complete a purchase on our website, we need your name, address, mobile number, and email address. This is necessary to deliver your order to the correct address, keep you updated on the status of your order, and contact you if needed regarding your order.

We are required to retain order information for accounting, tax handling, and potential warranty/return handling. This history is deleted after ten years. We also store the IP address used when placing the order for security reasons. Additionally, we need your personal data to communicate with you, such as responding to your inquiries or providing customer support for your products.

Our operational provider manages our website and web commerce. In addition to your name, address, phone number, and email, IP addresses are collected. The operational provider is responsible for processing personal data. Wilfa's order office has access to this data via the operational provider.

1.1. Your Rights You have the right to access your personal data that we have registered in accordance with applicable laws. You can request this information at any time without charge, in line with the law. The information will be provided/transferred securely. If the request is submitted electronically, and unless otherwise requested, the information will be provided in a standard electronic format.

You can also request us to delete or correct your personal data at any time, provided we are not required to retain it due to legal obligations or other commitments we have. You have the right to receive your personal data that you have provided to us and our operational provider. If technically possible, we can send this data directly to your home. If not, we will send the data to you via email.

You can withdraw your consent at any time. Contact us at: support@wilfa.com. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the local Data Protection Authority if you believe your personal data is not being processed in accordance with the law.

1.2. Archiving of Personal Data The Accounting Act requires us to store transaction data for five years. However, to protect customer rights related to warranties and complaints under the Consumer Purchases Act, the Sales Act, and Wilfa's sales terms, we store purchase history for ten years.

1.3. Securing Personal Data Wilfa has reviewed procedures and measures to ensure that unauthorized persons do not gain access to your personal data and that data processing is carried out in compliance with legal requirements. Risk assessments have been conducted, and access control has been reviewed. Procedures for handling data and responding to requests regarding the right to access, correction, and deletion have also been established.

2. Shipping of Goods We work with transport companies to deliver goods. We only disclose personal data necessary for them to deliver the goods to you. The information shared with the transport companies includes your name, address, phone number, and the desired delivery location and time.

3. Payment Solutions KLARNA handles customer payments from consumer sales and is responsible for the personal data associated with this. Privacy is ensured in accordance with KLARNA's privacy policy. 4. Warranty If an item we have sold has a defect under the Consumer Purchases Act or the Sales Act, the customer has the right to have it repaired or replaced free of charge. We will then need certain personal data, including name, address, phone number, email address, and purchase receipt.
