5-year warranty on all Wilfa products
Wilfa provides a 5-year warranty on Wilfa-branded products from the date of purchase after 01.09.2020. The warranty covers manufacturing defects or faults that arise during the warranty period. Presentation of proof of purchase is required as evidence of the warranty. For claims, please contact the store where the item was purchased.
This warranty applies only to products purchased and used in private households. The warranty is void if the product is used commercially. The warranty is also void in cases of misuse, negligence, failure to follow Wilfa’s instructions, and modification or unauthorised repair of the product. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, incorrect use, lack of maintenance, use of incorrect electrical voltage, or the following:
- Descaling must be performed according to the user manual
- Overloading the product
- Glass damage
- Non-stick coating
- Wear parts
- Filters, batteries, tires, and other parts expected to be replaced regularly
This extended warranty applies only to Wilfa branded small electrical appliances.

Unique pump technology
Fresh water is one of the most important ingredients for good coffee. Our pump technology completely empties the water system after every brew, ensuring your coffee is always brewed with fresh, oxygen-rich water.
With coffee makers that don’t have pump technology, up to 1.5 dl of water can remain in the system after brewing, which can noticeably affect the coffee’s taste. If you already have a coffee maker at home, you can easily check this by turning it upside down over the sink after brewing.
Removable water tank - always clean water
Good coffee starts with clean and fresh water. That is why the Performance Thermo is equipped with a removable 1.25 liter water tank that is as easy to fill as it is to clean.
Perfect brewing temperature
Performance Thermo has an advanced brewing system that gives the water an optimal extraction temperature throughout the brewing process, with a brewing temperature of 92-96° from the first to the last drop. This provides an unforgettable taste experience.
Correct ratio between coffee and water
Use the measurement guide on the water tank to get the optimal ratio between coffee and water for each brew.
Manual drip stop and adjustable flow control
The adjustable flow control lets you control how quickly the water passes through the coffee grounds, helping you fine-tune the contact time for different brew sizes. This makes it easy to brew a single cup with the same balanced result as a full carafe.
You can also use the same control to pause the brewing process at any time by moving it to the drip stop position.
Maximum taste
All the flavors of the coffee get their due with the unique diffuser head that spreads the water evenly over the coffee powder during brewing.

Performance Compact is approved by the ECBC, which sets requirements for factors such as water temperature and contact time. To get the most flavour from your coffee, it is essential that the coffee maker operates at the correct water temperature. At the same time, the water must not flow through the coffee too quickly or too slowly. Even small deviations can quickly result in coffee that tastes either sour or bitter.
Cleaning indicator
The coffee maker reminds you when it's time for cleaning. When the light on the start/stop button begins to pulse slowly, the coffee machine indicates that cleaning and descaling are recommended.

Thermo jug with two lids
The Performance Thermo comes with two lids for the jug:
- One for brewing to minimize heat loss
- One for serving to keep the coffee hot longer
The brewing lid can also be used for serving, but it doesn't retain heat as effectively as the serving lid.
How to use the thermo jug
Place the lid on the carafe with the arrow pointing to “Unlock.” Turn it to “Lock” to secure the lid. Moving it to “Lock” first helps create the vacuum needed for smoother pouring. To pour, turn the lid to the left from “Lock” until the arrow points toward the spout and the dot. After pouring, turn the lid to the right until the arrow points back to “Lock.” .
The thermo jug is only compatible with the Performance Thermo coffee maker and not the other coffee makers in the Performance series.
