Wilfa myöntää Wilfa-merkkisille tuotteille 5 vuoden takuun ostopäivästä alkaen 01.09.2020 jälkeen. Takuu kattaa takuuaikana ilmenevät valmistusvirheet tai viat. Takuun todisteeksi vaaditaan ostotodistuksen esittäminen. Reklamaatioita varten ota yhteyttä liikkeeseen, josta tuote on ostettu.

Tämä takuu koskee vain tuotteita, jotka on ostettu ja joita käytetään yksityistalouksissa. Takuu raukeaa, jos tuotetta käytetään kaupallisesti. Takuu raukeaa myös tapauksissa, joissa tuotetta on käytetty väärin, laiminlyöty, Wilfan ohjeita ei ole noudatettu ja tuotetta on muutettu tai korjattu luvattomasti. Takuu ei kata normaalia kulumista, virheellistä käyttöä, huollon puutetta, väärän sähköjännitteen käyttöä eikä seuraavia asioita:

  • Kalkinpoisto on suoritettava käyttöohjeen mukaisesti
  • Tuotteen ylikuormittaminen
  • Lasin vaurioituminen
  • Tarttumaton pinnoite
  • Kuluvat osat
  • Suodattimet, akut, renkaat ja muut säännöllisesti vaihdettavat osat
