USE
• Slice food thinly and in uniform pieces. This will help ensure food cooks evenly.
• To prevent the hot oil from spattering, carefully immerse food into the fryer.
• Shake off excess food (such as breadcrumbs) before cooking.
• Shake off ice crystals before cooking.
• Do not overfill the basket.
OPERATION
• When the appliance is connected to power the red indicator, in the front, will light up.
• Adjust the temperature control knob to the required temperature. The heating light will turn green to indicate that the fryer is heating up the oil.
• The oil will reach its preset temperature within 20-25 minutes.
• Use the handle to lift the basket, to do so the handle must be in an upright position as shown.
• Slowly lower the filled basket into the oil.

Note: When food is placed in the deep fryer, it will naturally cool the oil thereby making the heating indicator to turn green again.
Note: Once the food is fried, lift the basket using the basket handle until it clicks into position to place the basket in the drain position, allow the oil to drain from the food.
