FILLING WATER TANK
When
appears on the screen, the water level is low, and needs to be filled up.
1. Lift the water tank using the lid as handle.

2. Rinse the water tank with fresh water. Fill the tank to the max level and place it back into the machine. Make sure it is installed properly.

NOTE: To prevent overflowing from water tank, do not add water directly into the appliance.
IMPORTANT: Never fill the water tank with warm, hot, sparkling water or other liquids which may damage the water tank and machine.
FILLING BEAN CONTAINER
IMPORTANT: Fill the bean container with coffee beans only. Do not use green, grounded, instant, caramelized or candied coffee beans, or other objects, it may damage the machine.
When
appears on the screen, the bean container is empty and needs to be refilled.
1. Remove the bean container lid.

2. Adjust the grinder to your preferred grinding level (See grinding adjustment). Fill the bean container with coffee beans, and insert the lid.

PREPARING COFFEE
1. Switch on the appliance by pressing the ON/OFF button
. Make sure the drip tray is correctly placed under the coffee spout, and that the water tank is full and correctly placed. The appliance will perform autorinsing for a small cup of water, you can stop it by pressing cancel.
2. Place a cup under the coffee spout and adjust the height of spout to fit the cup by sliding it up or down. Depending on the cup size the drip tray can be removed or adjusted the position as below:

3. Press on your preferred icon. Press adjust to adjust the brew strength and volume. Press brew to start brewing.
4. When the appliance is back to standby condition, the coffee is ready.
NOTE: Use Hot Water function to clean inside of the coffee maker before first use.
PREPARING COFFEE WITH MILK
1. Install the automatic milk froth system.
2. Fill milk in the milk container and insert the lid.

NOTE: Always use cold milk (approximately 5°C/41°F) with a fat content of at least 3% to ensure an optimal frothing result.
3. Switch on the appliance by pressing the ON/OFF button. Make sure the drip tray is correctly placed under the coffee spout, and that the water tank is full and correctly placed. The appliance will perform autorinsing, you can stop it by pressing cancel on the display.
4. Place a cup under the coffee spout. Press your preferred coffee icon.
5. Preparation will stop automatically.
6. Remove the milk container from the machine and put it in the fridge.
7. After use, see “Cleaning and maintenance” to clean the automatic milk froth system and milk container.
WARNING:
• Steam and hot milk may spray out of the nozzle when starting to brew.
• Place the connecting rubber hose around the container lid after use. Do not let it fall freely to prevent milk spraying out due to pressure difference.
TURNING OFF THE MACHINE
Switch off the appliance by pressing the ON/OFF button that is placed on top of the machine.
AUTOMATIC SHUT-OFF
The appliance is equipped with auto shut-off.
By default it is set to 20 minutes, but this can be adjusted in settings.
CLEANING
Remember to clean the connection tube and froth system, and empty and clean the drip tray and coffee ground container after use.
Read the cleaning instructions further down thoroughly.
OTHER SETTINGS
USER PROFILE
Switch between user profiles 1-4 by pressing the user profile icon on the screen
, and
selecting the preferred profile.
The machine saves your adjustments to the coffee settings directly to the user profile that is selected at the time.
GRINDING ADJUSTMENT
You can adjust the grinder to choose different coffee grind levels by turning the knob in the bean container. The dots indicate the fineness of grind. When the grinder is grinding the coffee beans, you can turn the knob to change the fineness.

WARNING: Never do the grinding adjustment when the grinder is not operating. It may damage the grinder.
FACTORY RESET
1. Ensure the appliance is in standby.
2. Press settings, select Reset default settings, and press Reset to default. The appliance will automatically restore to factory settings.
