Ingredient limits:
Due to the ingredients expanding, do not exceed these fill levels. Overfilling may cause spills or motor protection shutdown.
• Ice cream: 600ml
• Slush: 500ml
• Yoghurt: 800ml

 Ice cream and slush mode:
1. Prepare your ingredients and pour into the bowl.
2. Insert the bowl into the machine.
3. Place the mixing blade, lid and motor and turn clockwise until it is locked.
4. Press the mode button to select Ice cream or slush mode.
5. Press start.
• When the program is finished, the machine will beep and automatically keep the ice cream or slush cool for up to 60 minutes.

Tips:
• Ensure the sugar content in the slush is not too low or too high. Higher sugar content causes the mixture to solidify faster, while lower sugar content will take longer time to achieve slush texture. If the sugar percentage is more than 8% the mix will freeze solid.

Yoghurt:
1. Mix milk and starter/yoghurt thoroughly. (example: 600ml milk and starter culture or 50ml plain yoghurt)
2. Pour it into the bowl and assemble the machine.
3. Select yoghurt mode and press start.
4. Press the mode button to adjust your desired fermentation time (4-12H), default is 8H.
5. Press the start button to start the program.
• After the fermentation process is finished, the machine switches to cooling mode (2-8 degrees) to keep the yoghurt fresh. Place the yoghurt in the fridge as soon as it is finished.

Tips:
• If you use a longer fermentation time, the yoghurt will be thicker and more sour.
• The more starter or plain yoghurt that is used, the shorter the fermentation time.
• Save a few spoonfulls of the batch that you make and use it for starter the next time.
• If you would like a thicker yoghurt, line a strainer with a cloth and strain the yoghurt for 2-4 hours in the fridge.

Stirring:
• Stir ingredients without any cooling.
• Default time is 10 minutes.

Cooling:
• Cool down the ingredients without stirring.
• Default time is 30 minutes.
